Strategic Planning for Observable Impact - we help Districts create a 3D, high resolution Vision of a Learner and the teaching and learning that gives 'direct line of sight' for their Strategic Plans, School Plans and Team Plans to the classroom.
District-Wide, Longitudinal Cohort-Based Experiences - we work with smaller, mid sized and large school districts to create school and team-based Observable Impact Cycles. Using tools and protocols from the Observable Impact Toolkit, we help schools and teams design, implement, observe, document and share their learning around common instructional challenges.
